How do I begin the process of a Return, Refund and/or Exchange?
⦁ Enter your Order Number and Email Address in the fields above and click Start
⦁ Follow the instructions and select the item(s) for which you want to receive a Refund, want to Return and/or Exchange (exchange for another item of the same dollar amount, exchange for a lesser priced item for which we will refund the difference, or exchange for a higher priced item for which you will pay the difference)
⦁ You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and instructions once the Return, Refund and/or Exchange request is approved
⦁ NO RETURNS, REFUNDS and/or EXCHANGES ACCEPTED after 14 days from the date in which the item(s) was/were received
When will I receive my Refund?
⦁ Once the return of your package is received and inspected, we will promptly send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval of your refund or exchange.
⦁ Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your account. In some cases, it may be 7-14 business days.
